Merry Xmas & Welcome 2015

I put my hands up, this year has not seen much in the way of keyboard action, in the form of blogging! Although I have been focussing my time on www.facebook.com/bigmacracing so updates can be seen there regularly :-) A few things I wanted to cover, so please go ahead, grab a cuppa and take a read...
2014 Support

I have had a fantastic season and that would not have been possible without my sponsors, supporters, family & friends. A big thank you has to go out to the following people & companies - please do click the links to check out their fantastic products & services:

I try to put my IT skills to use in a social form via Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, website and articles on Mini Spares and British Mini Club websites - here are a couple of interesting stats from 2014:

349,671 is my total reach so far this year & 88405 views in only one week on Facebook!!

This really is down to all you guys & girls, so again thank you and please continue to help spread the word!

If you or anybody you know is interested in supporting BigMacRacing for all or part of 2015, please do drop me a message via Facebook or Twitter. Plenty of ideas and plans still to try out so why not find out how you could be part of it.

2014 Season Review

First of all, a huge congratulations to the class winners this season:

Andrew Deviny - mini se7en

Ruperth Deeth - mini miglia

Shaun Tarlton - mini se7en 's' class

The final rounds at Croft brought the highs and lows of the season - the first and long awaited podium & a collision leading to some body damage. The podium drive had everything - wet & slippy circuit, safety car and plenty of close dicing in true mini se7en fashion. Let's hope more to come in 2015! 5th in the overall championship standings (after drop score rule) wraps up a great 2014.

2015 Season

Work is well underway to #88 mini se7en - a full inspection, some work in progress and a big list of jobs pulled together. I'm even trying to get my hands dirty (well ok, gloves dirty!) so I can learn more and help make me a better driver.

Here is the provisional 2015 Dunlop Mini Se7en Challenge calendar:

 Round  Date Event
 1&206 April Castle Combe
 3&409-10 May Snetterton 200
 5&630-31 May Rockingham
7&827-28 June Brands Hatch Mini Festival
 9&1025-26 July Donington Park
11&128 August Oulton Park Mini Festival
 13&1419-20 September Silverstone Int'l & 50th Party

Please do continue to support in any way possible and check out the below links for updates in the lead up to the 2015 season.  Thanks to Matthew Barrington for the great pics in this blog.
Have a fantastic Christmas and Happy New Year :-)
